System X Crystal+ is a professional-grade ceramic coating engineered to bond with your vehicle’s paint, delivering long-lasting protection, deep gloss, and a slick, hydrophobic finish. It protects against UV rays, chemicals, water spotting, and environmental contamination while enhancing your vehicle’s appearance. Package Options New Car Package (No Polish) For new or like-new vehicles in excellent condition. No paint correction required. Polish Upgrade (+ Paint Enhancement) Recommended for vehicles with light scratches, swirls, or imperfections. Includes a 1-step paint enhancement to improve gloss and ensure proper coating bonding. Choose your package based on your vehicle’s condition. Aftercare Instructions Initial cure time: 2–3 days Avoid water for the first 24 hours Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days Avoid automatic car washes (brush washes can damage the coating) Hand wash recommended Do not apply wax or sealants Proper maintenance is required Water spots during the first 24–48 hours are not covered under warranty. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointment required 48-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 25% of service total Refund Policy All sales are final once service is completed Concerns must be reported within 24 hours We will inspect and address valid issues accordingly Important Note If your vehicle requires polishing and the New Car package is selected, pricing may be adjusted or upgraded to the polish package.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in deposit forfeiture or a cancellation fee of $50 (whichever is greater). Reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees and must be rebooked within 30 days. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
