Cancellation Policy
Mobile Detailing Policy 1. Service Area Mobile detailing is available within the San Antonio area. Locations outside this area may require an additional travel fee. We reserve the right to decline service at locations that are unsafe, illegal to park, or not suitable for detailing or installation. 2. Parking & Work Area The vehicle must be parked on private property or legal street parking with enough space to fully open all doors. We cannot perform services in areas restricted by property rules, HOA regulations, or city ordinances. 3. Water & Power We will confirm at booking if access to water or power is required. If access is not available upon arrival when required, the appointment may be rescheduled and a service or travel fee may apply. 4. Vehicle Condition & Pricing All prices are starting at and based on vehicle size and normal condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, stains, smoke odor, bodily fluids, or heavy buildup. If the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust pricing before starting or decline the service if proper results cannot be achieved. 5. Personal Items & Valuables Please remove all personal items, valuables, car seats, and electronics before your appointment. We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle. 6. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total service. 48+ hours notice: appointment may be rescheduled without penalty Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: a fee of up to 25% of the service total may be charged If we arrive and cannot begin due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or missing keys, it will be treated as a no-show 7. Weather & Safety Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, wind, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions. Final decisions are made on the day of service to ensure quality and safety. 8. Arrival Time Window Appointment times are estimated arrival windows. Delays may occur due to traffic or previous jobs. We will communicate any significant changes. 9. Payment Payment is due immediately upon completion. We accept cash and card. Applicable taxes and fees will be added. 10. Satisfaction & Service Guarantee Please inspect your vehicle upon completion. If you notice any missed areas or concerns, contact us within 24 hours. If approved, we will schedule a touch-up.
